5 min. warm up
20 pistol squats
5 min. practicing just ginga
15 rep. ginga+resistencia
10 rep. ginga+resistencia+raba de arraia
15 rep. ginga angola+esquiva baixo de angola
12 carnerinho
5 min. training enter to the Armada. As I turn around to face forward I tried to put my weight on my second leg and only then I kicked Armada but almost on the floor. Just to engrave ;) the movement.
