Morning

Today I was unable to catch up the yesterday's absence of training. Before my frend came I've made to do:

warm up

5 min. ginga
5 min. ginga leaned back

10 rep. ginga + armada

20 rep. ginga angola+queda de rins (first time on exit I forgot to lift my head)

6 carnarinho

I'll catch up this evening.
