Some words about nutrition

While living with Ido we were under pressure to eat like he did (even though he said he was not pushing us :). I easily put away all wheats and grains. And it feels really good. After you eat you don't have this feeling of giria in your stomack. And you don't feel sleepy.

Unlike Ido I eat sweets sometimes, and don't plan to give up, but I stoped taking natural sugar in my tea.

The trick, that helped me to do all this changes in a finger click is very easy. I've just started to think that it is my natural condition and that I'm not doing anything special. This is the way I am.

What do you mean natural condition? Is it natural to shovel down your throat a piece of store bought cake? I would rather have you drink your tea with some sugar than eat a cake or a waffle with white wheat, sugar, trans-fats (can you spell cancer), additives, etc.. Take a look at the label of the product, if you can't spell one ingredient, I wouldnt eat it. Giving up anything is a state of mind, if it was impossible, no one would have done it. Looking at life without sweets and saying thats impossible, shows an empty life. Is your whole life enjoyment and satisfaction spins around eating sweets? Let me assure you, life is a lot better with a ripped- beautiful body and a light feathery feeling 24/7. Now go train!

Relax. You've got me wrong. What I ment is that I imagined that the condition I've entered was my normal one. As if I haven't changed anything and lived my whole life eating only meat and vegetables.

Vadim, from the amount of 'relax' in our communication I conclude you have no idea how to handle a discussion. Be prepared to get some criticism and drop all the relax's. I know you guys dont know how to deal with a teacher's help and objective criticism, but its time to deal with it. Look the truth in the face and reread my previous post and what it says about your life.
