Also today before training and after it I massaged my legs from hips to toes with tennis balls. It helps to relax muscules. First time I didn't feel my legs after traning. Cool!

3 sets of 4 reps?? there is not enough volume in it to let the nervous system adjust to the new movement patterns. 2 sets of 20 are a lot better. look at the volume: 3 sets of 4 reps = 12 reps total, and it takes about the same time to do 2 sets of 20 reps = 40 reps almost 4 times more stimulation for neural learning. Of course there is a limit to what you can do without exessive fatigue that ruins the quality of movements, but if you dont have the fitness level to allow you to do 20 reps of 2 kicks, maybe you should take up Yoga... :\
Why does this workout diffrent from the previous regional workout, btw? I thought you guys understood the meaning of periodization - the same sequences for 6 succesive microcycles... This way you just confuse the students and dont alow them to assimilate the new material.
