Yesterday we did a nice job. After the same rutine ginga (we did alot), mealua de frente, esquivas etc. We started to learn mealua de compaso and a bit of carnarinho. One guy is really big and he has problems with his toes flexibility we're gonna work on it. Unlike the girls who easily bent to carnarinho and generally did great.

However I feel a bit down. I went from one swamp to another. But I gave myself a word I won't give it up at least one month.

The gym is realy fucking small. I'll need to find another one. There were 5 of us and there were no other space. If more people come I'll have to devide them into groups.

Since everybody started to ginga pretty good, because of a method I invented at the end we did a pair work with ginga and atack-defence we've learned. I've recorded a disk with slow rythm music for the class, so we did almost everything accompanied with the toques. At the very end we played a bit with Samvel to show capoeira to the people.

Everybody seemed to like the training and I'm sure 3 of 4 will come again.

In general it was messy, but ok.
