Do you feel any improvement since you started training more seriously like this? How is the balance in your armada? and the spine flexibility and control of the Bridging movements? any better?

Yeah, everything that I started to do at home became alot better.
I pay much attention to armada. I cant brag about it yet. But I will soon :)
My flexibility and stamina are improving too. I started to train enter to the bridge only today, so it is hard to complete all ten in a good tempo. However, I hope it will come, as carnarinho, with pracitce.
In general I feel great. I used to go to gym and work out at the morning and I felt sleepy all the day after. Now I'm brisk even after my morning exercises.
