This training is better. Your choices of exercises is a bit peculiar, though. I would rather see the basics more emphesized before you go on to other things. This is the rule in your trainings as well as the group trainings. Emphesize the basic 4 kicks - Armada, Meia Lua de compasso, Meia lua de frente, Queichada. Work the 3 basic combanations - ML de Frente to armada (same side), ML de compasso comming back with QCHD, and Armada directly to ML de compasso (same side). Work the QDR with negativa and the QDR Batido. Work the Au Negativa, work the Esquiva Baxa - Troca to Negativa and Role, Work the Ponte (bridge) from various entrences - esquiva baxa, helicoptro from ML de compasso, carnarinho.

If you will have control of these movements, you will be able to do other more complex sequences and advance. Working on such things as Parafuso, ML de culuna, Arastao, martelo should be done later, after you have the control of the basics. The problem lies in the moment one capoeirista in your group tries to do an Arastao on another guy. They get into a wrestling match, and the conversation of the capoeira is over. That game was lost due to the arastao movement being introduced too soon. Play with the basic kicks and floreio on the floor without trying to do too much, and confusing yourself.

I hope you understand what I mean.
