Morning

warm up

5 min. ginga (i try to do it really wide)

20 rep. ginga angola+ cocorinha+queda de rins
10 rep. mealua de compaso, one leg up, exit to queda de rins
20 rep. resistencia+rabo de arraia

20 rep. ginga mealua de frente

12 carnarinho

Soft tissue massage w/tennis ball

Today I discovered two things:

1) that when doing ginga it really helps, when you stand one leg back, to throw your arms to the direction you're going to move. I don't know if it's right and I must see how does it look form the side.

2) when I exit carnarinho to a side, first I pull my upper leg alittle and then goes lower one.
