And of course soft tissue massage before and after.

Vadim, its great that you keep training every day. I'm a proud father...
Please take the 20 pistols to the end of the workout, as it is strength work that can get in the way of the technical work you are doing in the main part of the training. The place for the strength work is almost always at the end of the technical workout, or at a diffrent training block all together. Besides that, I would rather see you go through a circuit of 3-5 exercises without stopping for a rest, only after the complete series and then going to the begining and doing it 2 more times. Example:
20 Armada
10 Carnarinho
20 Martelo
10 Queda batido side to side
rest 90 seconds
20 armada
10 carnarinho
.
.
.
This way, you get ample stimulation to your neural learning, you imitate a capoeira game's demands - by switching from kicking to floreio and back, you work on developing higher level of sports specific endurance and can perform higher amount of work in a short while, due to changing between lower body exercises - kick, and upper body exercises - floreio. (of course non of them is completely upper or lower body, but thats the bottle's neck)
Invent new circuit every day combining diffrent movements, but make sure enough repetition is made for continued learning.
