Ressurection

Today had a goal to complete 2 cycles. So I tryed very hard because I wasn't satisfied with my prevous home work.

warm up

5 min. ginga (free ginga with fintas etc.)

20 armada+mealua de compaso
16 queda de rins (intensively)
20 esquiva baxa troca negativa
10 carnarinhos

At the second set I fulled around a bit doing armada, then fake mealua de compaso switch legs and mealua de compaso. That was fun.

Evening. Regional cycle

Yesterday's evening was all about muddle. I told David that we must put aside Arastao and Cruz and seemed to ruined his plans for the training. So we almost the same things but only with vingativa and some strength work at the end.

Evening training was very funny one. We have two new girls and one of them is not that bad, noticing that she has really big boobs. Man, she almost hit me several times just because I couldn't concentrate anywhere else :)

Today I discovered two things:

1) that when doing ginga it really helps, when you stand one leg back, to throw your arms to the direction you're going to move. I don't know if it's right and I must see how does it look form the side.

2) when I exit carnarinho to a side, first I pull my upper leg alittle and then goes lower one.

Also today before training and after it I massaged my legs from hips to toes with tennis balls. It helps to relax muscules. First time I didn't feel my legs after traning. Cool!

Some words about nutrition

While living with Ido we were under pressure to eat like he did (even though he said he was not pushing us :). I easily put away all wheats and grains. And it feels really good. After you eat you don't have this feeling of giria in your stomack. And you don't feel sleepy.

Unlike Ido I eat sweets sometimes, and don't plan to give up, but I stoped taking natural sugar in my tea.

The trick, that helped me to do all this changes in a finger click is very easy. I've just started to think that it is my natural condition and that I'm not doing anything special. This is the way I am.

5 min. training enter to the Armada. As I turn around to face forward I tried to put my weight on my second leg and only then I kicked Armada but almost on the floor. Just to engrave ;) the movement.
